How we develop our products
As ex-salon owners, the proliferation of low-cost and unreliable tools set us on a journey to create our own. We’ve worked hard over the last three years to build relationships with the world’s most trusted manufacturers so that beauty professionals can do their job with confidence.
When we develop our products, a crucial first step is conducting market research. We pride ourselves in listening to our customers and absorbing their feedback into the development of new product ranges. We welcome all feedback on existing and suggestions of new additions. After all, we need to create exactly what you need.
When we have an idea of what kind of product we’d like to create, we liaise with our list of international manufacturers—from Beijing to Milan. We’ve built our contacts through regular attendance at the the world’s most influential beauty fairs and events.
Attending such events also helps us with trend forecasting. We’re able to identify what our competitors are doing, and how we can take it further. Our findings from a recent trade show suggested that we should enhance and improve our packaging and make the switch towards more sustainable forms of packaging. We’re currently working with our manufacturers on this, and aim for it to be rolled out by the end of the summer.
